From start to finish this company was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Mikaela worked with me remotely, which I was a little nervous about not being able to see the product, but it worked out great. She took time to speak to my contractors and always had timely responses no matter what the question! Eric communicated timely as well with the scheduling as well as with any additional questions. They took care of my issue without any fuss.
It’s been about 18 months since I’ve had these sliding doors. During that time they’ve required numerous repairs costing thousands for a product that cost $10,000 including installation. Three sets of doors, 8 in total. Yesterday I had yet another repair—this one costing $175 (which I don’t think I should have been charged). Nevertheless, Juan and Jose were fabulous. They were sympathetic, courteous, knowledgeable and confident. I am cautiously optimistic that this repair will do the trick.
