My husband and I truly enjoyed the entire experience with The Sliding Door Company. We went into the showroom and were assisting in designing the door for the space we wanted. We were given a fair quote and 30 days in which to make the decision. When the technicians came out to measure the door, they were on time and prompt. They took all the measurements they needed and even gave advice on altering it so it would fit perfectly despite an imperfect door frame opening. After a long wait per the contract, the doors were installed. They look great. However, the installers destroyed the baseboard and didn't leave the pieces so we could repair it, and the doors were either installed or manufactured incorrectly so there is a 1/4" to 1" inch gap between the sliders so the doors never close. To put is succinctly, the sliding door company did a great job in our home. The installation lady and gentleman did a great job. no complaints at all.
I would highly recommend this company. I went to the showroom and Jacy was awesome at showing us options and sending us home with samples. There was no pressure to buy and she was very friendly. We purchased doors to create a spare bedroom off our living room. They are really high quality, and look beautiful. Installation was great. We’ve had two large jobs done by the Sliding door company and both went amazingly well. Johnathon and Lauren are skilled knowledgeable, reliable and great to work with. They respond to questions and did the job right the first time we will definitely come back and use this company for our next job.
