The Sliding Door Company transformed our restaurants' Dining Room space into a beautiful setting. Where we can now host smaller intimate dinner parties. We are so pleased with their work!
The door was nice but they totally botched my order. We discussed specs at length and I was quoted price increases for the features along the way. After 3-4 months when the install time came, they installed the wrong door. After reaching out to customer service, I’m told the door with the specs I originally wanted to order was going to be $1400 more than what I paid if I wanted to reinstall. The door look great, but that's the only good thing I can say about it. Not a single screw included, no manual for installation, you have to download pdf and it is very confusing
I had a great experience purchasing and having my sliding doors installed. However, the real 5 stars were evident 1.5 years afterwards when I had a slight issue with my doors slipping out of the tracks. The Sliding Door Company and Cristina Beltran, specifically, were immediately responsive and quick to help me achieve a resolution. Cristina was extremely easy to talk to and worked with me to ensure that I had a speedy path forward to fix my door. Nothing but praises for the customer service experience here!
