Myself and my husband, were looking for a new king size mattress, we looked a few other places and then decided to try out The SleepZone Mattress Center. Upon entering we were greeted by David! He was a very nice gentleman and as everyone knows who really wants to shop for a mattress, he made the process AMAZING! We tried various different beds and finally decided on a Sealy pillow top. David was very personable and kind throughout our experience at The Sleep Zone in Johnson City. He was very knowledgeable and educated us on different types of beds and provided us with all the information we needed to make our selection. We had a timely, actually early, delivery of our mattress. The old was taken and the bed was installed correctly. Been sleeping great ever since. Thank you The Sleep Zone of JC and David!
We went in looking for a new mattress for my daughter. They were super helpful, gave us tips and assistance in finding the perfect mattress for her needs and my price range. The salesman was super friendly and seemed like someone you had known forever. He joked around with us and answered all of our questions. This was our second purchase from The SleepZone and we will be returning anytime we need a new mattress. Highly recommend their products and their stores.
I took my mother to the Johnson City store, and she found the mattress she wanted and at the price she needed. David was so helpful and nice. He showed us around then let us take all the time needed to walk around and test all the ones of interest out. The balloon sale was going on, so the discount made it extra nice.
