Great experience from start to install. I normally don't enjoy talking to a salesman when I shop for anything, but I have to say, Dave walked me through the whole process with ease. He helped me choose a bed that really suited my needs. Very professional. I left the store confident in my purchase and had it delivered. The delivery was on-time and professional. I highly recommend them and know that when I need to add another bed, exactly where I'm going.
When we entered the Sleep Zone Store the salesperson, David Daniel talked continuously almost the entire time we were there. Yes he did give us a chance to ask questions but he had almost answered every question we had before we asked them. Quite honestly I am surprised that everyone in the Tri-Cities isn't sleeping on a mattress from The Sleep Zone in Johnson City. David was great to deal with!! My parents were looking for a firm mattress and he pointed out that the differences in the mattress's support to the body and asked what primarily what type of support was needed. He recommended what he thought best suited them and asked that they lay on them to compare the differences. They found the perfect one! David Daniel at the JC store was the best we just got our mattress delivered and me and my wife couldn’t be happier with the service we received from the delivery guys they had everything ready for us as soon as they could and all we had to do was throw a sheet on and take a nap before work thanks sleep zone we'll definitely be coming back for anything we need -Johnathan Barekman
