I just Had a delivery from Mattress firm of Oakland Distribution center. 3 great employees I got Sergio name and Alberto name as well. Great employees that took their time to get our bed set up how we wanted it without any issues. They all smiled and were very helpful. Mattress firm is a solid company all the way through.

They should hire more qualified personnel in the sales area, not like Señora Aundria Hernández totally dishonest and without the slightest professionalism for the coordination of deliveries to her clients. It's a pity that for sellers like her they give a bad image to the company.
