We are really grateful for the help, information and education we received when we were shopping for a new mattress. William, was so patient and helped us navigate through the many options available in today’s mattress world. Our purchase was promptly delivered, and we have been very satisfied. My son and his wife referred us to them after their two great experiences, and we are very happy with the product, service, and delivery.
The Sleep Station has a great selection of mattresses, a Memorial Day sale, and free local delivery. William, the General Manager, provided outstanding customer service. His knowledge of the mattresses, combined with his good listening skills, enabled him to readily match my needs to corresponding mattress options. He shared key information about each one, let me try it for comfort, and there was no pressure to make a quick decision. He is a personable representative for this store.
My husband and I just purchased a mattress from here and our experience was fantastic! William was very helpful and gave us a lot of great information to make an informed purchase! We also love the fact that this is an Aggie-owned local business, too. We weren’t rushed, and we weren’t pushed towards items out of our budget. 10/10 experience (and we got a free drink coozie too lol)!
