Just bought a mattress and adjustable frame from them. The staff was very patient with me. I think I came back at least 4 times. When the guy came to deliver my bed they were very pleasant and did a great job. Also to my surprise the first salesman I talk to was also delivering my Bed.This is my third bed I have purchased from them. Great people to work with!
It's a solid futon mattress, but smells awful. Still a strong chemical odor over a week later despite a high-end HEPA air filter in the room. My sister can't be in the room.
My experience here was anything but pleasant. I had lots of money to spend that day. There were 4 employees in the shop. There were two other ladies shopping together and myself. I was blatantly ignored, they catered all their energy to these two older “established looking women” ( who didn’t buy anything btw) I was blatantly disregarded Apparently I turned into John cena I approached them to ask for help, they either turned and walked the other way, blatantly ignored me and another even began vacuuming- I just want to say t... read more
Friendly, knowledgeable, after explaining what I needed couldn't have been more helpful. After checking numerous stores,should of not wasted my time and gone right to the sleep shop.Will refer friends to keep them in mind.
