Got the most comfortable futon from the great guys who work there.
Raising this to five stars. They stand behind their product. I called them because on the place where I sit most often (though not daily), the fabric started pilling and getting rough. They said they'd changed fabric since my purchase, and promptly brought me a brand new mattress. The new one barely smells at all!
