What a pleasure to shop for a mattress and get such knowledgeable help. It is so hard to pick what you like while in the store ,but we were never rushed. We received our mattress, however it didn't work out as we thought. We went back the next day and explained our problem. We were told we can have the mattress picked up and a new one delivered that day. We were very impressed to say the least. And now we are sleeping on the perfect mattress!! What an experience! We started here at The Sleep Shop, they gave all the knowledge we needed to shop. We found one we loved but still wanted to shop around for the sake of shopping around. Should have saved ourselves the time and gas! The owner was awesome! Knowledgeable, kind, funny and the others were just as kind! We still went to Denver Mattress. What a waste of time. From the moment I walked in, it was pleasant experience. Was greeted by both Tom and Dan. Both were eager to jump in and help me with my mattress and foundation needs. Dan was very knowledgeable of the options and differences. I was able to find the combo I was looking for, and was able to walk out same day with them. Great customer service, great products and great prices.
