I was pleased and impressed by the professionalism of this Institute, and its communication with my sleep physician. The Institute was involved in helping me understand the consequences of using and not using a CPAP machine, and had a thorough month long onboarding process. It also has follow up post purchase care. I recommend them based on my experience.
Super friendly and helpful, easy to claim on insurance, and the equipment really does the job. Virginia is great, and explains everything very clearly. This place really made an impact on my life. Thank you!
This is the worst company in Calgary for Sleep Testing I travelled 2 hours to pick up the machine - travelled 2 hours home. 4 hours with 50 -55 dollars worth of gas. Plus a day of work Was told the test was not complete, there were errors. What errors - refused to tell me . The Dr requisition Cleary stated its a flow study for the patient Rebooked the test , after many questions they finally admitted they "forgot" to give me the adapter for the sleep cpap hose. I can't say enough good things about The Sleep Institute. I came to them out of desperation, having had a very long debacle with Canadian Sleep Consultants, trying (unsuccessfully) to get on a CPAP. The Sleep Institute rescued me, and I am now using a CPAP every night with no issues. And I love it! Their process of self-referral is quick and efficient, it's easy to get in and see someone (no waiting 4 to 6 months for an appointment like CSC) and their prices are better! I highly recommend the sleep institute for many reasons: The staff are courteous and professional; adequate time is allocated to take care of all necessary fittings and answering any questions; the follow-up, both by phone and in-person is timely and appropriate; staff are available to answer questions or concerns at any time and are very solutions oriented; there was no waiting for appointments.
