I was in the market for a wall bed for our new condo. My partner and I popped into the store and were very impressed with the level of knowledge and choices available to us. Luciano was incredible and suggested a memory foam mattress that met our needs. The assembly was a bit tricky but Luciano walked us through the set up. The whole experience was excellent!
Zero stars available so I chose 1. Drove 20 miles to view their products. Website and sign on door showed hours "till 4pm" on Saturday but store closed at 1pm. So much for Covid causing problems.
Only gave this place a star because 0 was not an option. I was interested in seeing a mattress i saw in the flyer. I knew it was probably too good to be true and turns out it was a waste of my time. The man working was very rude with no customer service. Will never return.
I purchased a Natura mattress and I am very happy with it!! The owner has amazing customer service skills and I could tell he had my best interest in mind. I really enjoyed my experience at the sleep factory, I highly recommend.
