My experience with The Sleep Factory was phenomenal! Gary was extremely informative and friendly, and was a huge help start to finish while I searched for a new pillow. If you are in need of a mattress or pillow, The Sleep Factory is some of the best customer service I’ve ever had, hands down. I highly recommend it!
