We had a fantastic experience with Gary at the sleep factory! He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient – never pushy, just genuinely helpful. He gave us plenty of time to make our decision and answered all of our questions. We absolutely LOVE our new bed and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Highly recommend Gary and the sleep factory

Great experience! We were looking for a replacement mattress and Gary spent significant time helping us hone in on the right mattress for us. He was a wealth of knowledge about the different types of mattresses, the comparisons and the technology. He was super patient insisting that we spent time testing different mattresses to find the one that felt the absolute best. He also spent time showing us the many features of the adjustable base. I am so glad I called The Sleep Factory! I live out of town and did business over the phone with Gary to purchase mattresses for my family in Gunnison. I had the same great experience as many of the other customers I see have written positive reviews. Gary spent a lot of time with me discussing what I wanted and the price range I was looking for. He gave me lots of honest info and options. He did not try to sell me on anything and was interested in finding the best solutions for me. Prices are more then fair!
