Terrible Experience. Their 100 Night Garuntee is a scam we did not like the matress and they did not want despite trying it in a protective cover (as they specify) and returned in the origional packaging, after arguing they finally agreed to accetp a return and we had to pay $250 in return shipping and then they charged a 30% restocking fee, no where on there website or at any point was this mentioned before purchase. Bought an expensive 1000+ dollar mattress and within 8 months it became hollow on both sleeper sides. When asked to exchange, they made up excuses. Bad experience a complete waste of money!
John was extremely knowledgable & helpful! As soon as I started to research all the different brands and models of mattresses online, I quickly realized how big of a task it *could* end up being. John was available in the Live Chat feature on their website and talked me thru each of my questions, landing me on the perfect set up! He saved me a ton of time and gave me tremendous peace of mind knowing my dad was going to have a fabulous set up. A true best in class experience. Thanks John!!
