We initially ordered a king-size mattress online from Sleep Factory Milton, but before our purchase was finalized, the store owner personally called us and invited us to come in and see what we were buying in person. An amazing experience from start to finish. We walked into the sleep factory with no clue where to start and spoke with Jim. His honesty and expertise helped us find the perfect bed. Jim put our comfort first and helped us find a mattress that fit our style of comfort and budget. We had it delivered to our home and could not be happier with the service and our purchase! I would truly recommend to anybody looking for a new bed to visit Jim at this location. He won’t let you down!

We just had the best shopping experience! Jim is so nice, knowledgeable and helpful didn’t push us towards the most expensive, he had us try all the mattresses and we were able to find the perfect fit! Plus, we offered a treat…his wife’s homemade biscotti cookies! Delicious! Extra bonus No delivery charge if you live in Milton and they take our old mattress! 5 stars!! Barb & Jenn
Bought a queen and king matress from Jim. He had excellent product knowledge combined with a great customer service. He even personally delivered in the evening to Mississauga. Jim made the experience enjoyable, would highly recommend Sleep Factory in Milton even if buying for another town or city.
