Good selection of items. Jim was also very good and knowledgeable about the items they sell. Worth it if you are in the local area.
I would highly recommend this store and Jim if you are looking for a new mattress. Excellent customer service, advice in choosing the right mattress and very good delivery and set up I would recommend this store in Milton to everyone. Personal and kind service of this calibre is rare.

What great service! We love our new mattress. The Sleep Factory has a wide selection of mattresses and pillows. Jim the owner knows his stuff and he also made the effort to deliver the mattress earlier than expected. Thank you Jim.
Jim was knowledgeable, and answered questions I had. Pricing is comparable and service from the time I walked into the store to delivery was great. They set up with care and courier and took away the old mattress as well.
