Not sure what's going on here. I purchased a mattress over a month ago. Nothing showed up, no emails other than the receipt when I bought it. I called a few times. "It's being sorted", "it's on it's way to our warehouse", "it's been shipped". If I leave a message, they don't call back. They even take my number and they don't call back. They said they'd send the tracking number, they never did. Now we're into week 5 with nothing. I've now started a refund through the credit card we used. I had a great experience with sleep factory. The seller nick is so kind and helpful . Mattress is comfortable and good quality. Delivery was on time and seller was helpful. I am happy with my purchase. Highly recommend!
