Fantastic experience! We visited several mattress stores in the area. Serge was fabulous - didn't oversell us anything. Listened carefully to what we were looking for Took us straight to the bed we wanted which also was on discount at the time. We walked out happy and satisfied with such excellent customer service. We had an excellent and seamless experience with purchasing a mattress at Sleep Factory. Serge was fantastic, he got us a great deal and was incredibly kind to work with. The level of customer service and willingness to help is not something the big box stores will always provide. I ordered a bed frame and it said free shipping in Ontario. The next day I got a phone call and they advised that they couldn't honour the free shipping and shipping would be as much as the frame so figured you wouldn't want it. They were right! I didn't want it at that price. I waited to get the refund through PayPal and it wasn't coming so I reached out to them. They informed me that they had no money in their PayPal account so would credit my credit card directly so I gave them my credit card number and there was a refund... read more
Amazing experience with the Sleep Factory team from start to finish. From the initial order right through to delivery, everything was handled professionally and seamlessly. Every retail store needs a Dino. His customer service, communication, and genuine care are exactly what bring people back. Not sure what's going on here. I purchased a mattress over a month ago. Nothing showed up, no emails other than the receipt when I bought it. I called a few times. "It's being sorted", "it's on it's way to our warehouse", "it's been shipped". If I leave a message, they don't call back. They even take my number and they don't call back. They said they'd send the tracking number, they never did. Now we're into week 5 with nothing. I've now started a refund through the credit card we used.
