Worst front office staff. Mixed up another patients report with my relatives which held up medicare approval. You leave messages that do not get returned. Simply awful.
My father had a sleep study done and it came back that he has severe sleep apnea. The doctor he saw wanted to get a treatment plan set up ASAP but unfortunately, the soonest they could see him for a treatment plan was in 4 months. His severe sleep apnea is affecting his health so much that he gets sick all the time. He has left multiple messages, sent emails and cannot seem to get a response.
