I have been a patient since 2017. Up until today; I have always been very happy with my treatment. I was reprimanded by the P A today for being five minutes late to my appointment. He told me first thing I was suppose to be there at 10:15 and checked in at 10:21. He said it put him behind and he doesn’t like that. I was five minutes late one time in all those years. The PA's are great, I never met the doctor, and the billing department acts like a third world scam. Make sure you hold on to your payment receipts, because you will have to prove you paid them months later.
Been using them for years. Everyone is fantastic.
If you are interested in a sleep study I suppose this is the place to go. But…if you want a pulmonary doctor, go elsewhere. Went twice or three times and was never allowed to see the doctor. Only the PA. I would have at least liked to have known what he looked like.
The staff were excellent. I loved how nice and clean everything was. I had a tv, recliner, and best of all, a fan! The bed was comfortable and I loved the comforter. Overall it was a great experience for one that I have been dreading for so long.
