Been calling and finally reached Anna.4/12/2024. 11:35am. She preceded to give me directions to the clinic before I informed her that I had a referral and like to schedule an appointment. Anna took my information and asked me if I had Medicare? I answered yes and before I can give her my main insurance, Cigna, we became disconnected. I’ve called 5 times now left numerous messages for 3 weeks with no one answering or returning my phone calls. What kind of operation are they running here.
I’ve left numerous messages to schedule sleep studies per the request of my new employer with no response. Every time I call, I’m forwarded to the voicemail box and my call/voicemail(s) has not been returned.
