**UPDATE I wanted to update my review after my most recent experience. I went back for my study again last night, and the tech this time was AMAZING. She took the time to bring me into a room, explain everything, and made sure I felt comfortable. When I dropped it off today, she even followed up to see how everything went. I absolutely love my sleep doctor, but dealing with the sleep center itself has been a headache. I've been waiting months to have my sleep study done, and when I was finally scheduled to pick up the equipment, things still didn’t go smoothly. The day of my pickup, there was a snowstorm coming. I was originally scheduled for the afternoon, but I called to see if I could come in earlier. They told me yes, because they were closing at 12 PM anyway. While our experience at the sleep study itself was fine, it has been nothing but a headache ever since. It took almost two months to receive results as they somehow lost the records (stating we were a no-show), then they overcharged us because they did not have the correct insurance information. After we gave them all the info they needed, it still was not entered correctly, and we were sent to collections.
