TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE......It took me two and a half weeks to get a response to my initial phone calls where I was asked to get a referral and a copy of my doctor's diagnostic notes. It has now been two weeks since my doctor sent those in and I have made five follow up calls with no reply. Extremely horrible way to run a professional office. I'm going to look elsewhere.
This center should be shut down. Unlike the rest of White Plains Hospital, which is spectacular, this center will make you LOSE SLEEP while you are trying to schedule a sleep study. Christina, the ONLY receptionist available, is extremely rude and condescending over the phone and will either engage in a phone tag with you or straight up hang up during your call. Been waiting for a callback for weeks. Called 5 times and "Catharine" is literally never at the phone regardless of time of day.
Got a prescription for a sleep study. Left multiple voice mails to schedule a consultation. They simply don't respond. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
