Very polite and very knowledgable. Was really happy to help me and explain everything.
I had a great experience. I met the requirements to have it bulk billed. I went in, got the equipment for the test and it was explained clearly (very simple). Did the test, got the results after not too long. Got the sleep apnea machine, and my sleeps have been better ever since. Absolutely crazy that I could wake up in the morning and feel AWAKE. To add to the customer service, I had some sizing issues with the masks to start with, and Peter was good enough to try out a few while I was still getting settled in.
Peter was very kind and patient with my parents. He was really knowledgeable and helpful. We highly recommend him to anyone.
