We had enjoyed staying at this hotel in the past because it was clean, good service and convenient location but we will no longer be staying here moving forward. Along with Hilton hotels supporting Ice, which is enough reason to not come back, my friend and I were staying here while we were trying on wedding dresses in downtown Denver and a hotel staff member barged into our room at 10 pm. Booked this hotel for July 14th 2023 because it was pet friendly and within walking distance from the venue for the event I was attending. On the day I was scheduled to arrive, I checked the app and the reservation had disappeared. I called them and they said they were overbooked so they moved my reservation to another hotel, which was in another city and was not pet friendly. Do you like being harassed by overly aggressive employees pushing overpriced valet service? If so, this is the place for you. Immediately upon arrival, you’re accosted by the valets trying to coerce you into their $64/day service. They try to make you think it’s required. I checked in and was told by the desk clerk that where I parked was fine. Later that same day, when retrieving items from my car, I was again harassed by a valet worker.
