I had an appointment with the doctor at The SkinMD Dermatology Clinic. I have been seeing this doctor for quite some time, and I have always found her and her staff to have the utmost professionalism and to be very knowledgeable. On the morning of my appointment, I arrived 10-15 minutes before my appointment, as requested. I was checked in and taken back to an examination room by my appointment time. The doctor is the rudest doctor I’ve ever been too. She has zero professionalism or empathy.
I came to this office because my physician recommended. I got here 15 minutes before appointment in order to fill out paper work they asked me for insurance and ID I did give them my insurance card but I forgot my driver license at home, the manager approached me and say they couldn’t see me without and ID in a very rude way (I let it go ) called my mom she took a picture she send it to me I sending it to their email but the manager insisted that Dr. who I did not even meet Had said that she couldn’t see me without and ID an... read more

My experience at this office has been nothing but pleasant. The staff is kind. The environment and clean. I didn’t wait long at all once arriving for my appointments. And the doctor was kind and professional.
