Poor customer service.
rudest office staff imaginable. I called in to ask a question about a skin care product and was complete dismissed and basically hung up on. I would never entrust my health to anyone in this practice.
Would love to leave a positive review but this office refused to see me unless I allowed them to photocopy my ID and keep it on record. Their records were more important than providing me with proper medical care. There is zero reason to photocopy someone's private information.
HORRIBLE customer service. I would NOT recommend anyone go there. I was unavoidably 10min late to my appointment, coming from across town — called to let them know, they said no problem — and after I arrived they said it would be an HOUR wait until they could “squeeze me in”. I couldn’t wait that long, that was a ridiculous ask, so I said to cancel. Then they charged me $50 a day later, which I didn’t authorize! Completely insane, they don’t care about patients, just $ and getting people in and out.
I had an appointment with the doctor at The SkinMD Dermatology Clinic. I have been seeing this doctor for quite some time, and I have always found her and her staff to have the utmost professionalism and to be very knowledgeable. On the morning of my appointment, I arrived 10-15 minutes before my appointment, as requested. I was checked in and taken back to an examination room by my appointment time.
