I had to cancel an appointment. Gave 48 hours notice. And she blocked my phone. Pretty unforgiving!
The lady told me that I was her last new client she’s taking in. I guess that should have been my clue that she’s not interested in providing quality service any more because she’s had it all. We spent most of my hour asking and answering what skin care routine I have and what products I use. I know those things are important but I didn’t book a consultation appointment. She hardly touched my face during the extraction, and went straight into masks. When I left my appointment, I left with a nose full of mud mask.
