Update on my previous review. I’ve been coming to see Niamh for Sylfirm laser/needling treatments at The Skin Nurse for 18 months, and my face has improved by a decade! After a big weight loss over 10 years ago my face was prematurely a bit saggy. My marionette lines have faded away and my skin glows.
