The staff is great as well as the atmosphere. Unfortunately the owner Billie is far from that. She deflects from anything negative & is a scam artist at its finest. She does not take ownership for anything & is unreasonable. Billie is known for selling “package” deals and not honoring them.
Billie injected filler for a “lip upturn” on the outer edges of my mouth lips. A procedure I’ve successfully had done a few times before in another state. She put filler in the wrong places (for my situation) and made bulges on both sides of my mouth going down towards my chin. I was told to massage with Vics Vapo rub, which did nothing. She told me she should have used two syringes full, as opposed to only the one. I was told by the correcting physician that would have only made larger bulges around my mouth. I reques... read more
RIPPED OFF Beware about advance payment Christmas special . I paid up front $3,100 yes thousand for some specials . I disclosed a skin condition to Billie the owner prior to this purchase. To make a long story short after one bbl treatment and her nurse practitioner saying I was not a good candidate for one of the other treatments Billie-recommended. RecommendedToday was my first visit and I must say from start to finish I was very pleased. From the booking to checkout, everyone was polite and thorough. Megan at the front desk was very eager to help and Erica provided my service with the utmost professionalism. I'm very picky but felt so confident in the facility overall that I booked two more services before leaving. Bravo!

I have always heard such wonderful things about The Skin Loft so I decided to take advantage of their July special and I am so happy I did. Do not go here! They charge tip based on purchasing products!! They blamed me for this. I called and went there to correct, but they will not fix it. So very disappointing.
