Hopeless would be a compliment! Confirmed my appointment twice by SMS. Then they changed it 2 days before. Then lost it. Rebooked me and then couldn’t find the booking. Spoke to me like it was my fault. I arrived when asked and the specialist had no idea I was booked or why. If you have 5 hours to waste, this is the place for you.
Amazing service, very friendly and helpful. Was expecting an initial consultation but Dr Edwards was able to get me in for my quick procedure. Great results. Highly recommended.
Being a male, I never do skin care like this, but my fiancée booked us a facial a week before our wedding. Nancy was absolutely amazing, she was so easy to talk to, professional and terrific at what she does. The only reason for this review is to simply say how pleasant my session was with Nancy - great service.
I recently got a skin consultation and hydrafacial with Holly, as my skin was so congested and I had acne and closed comedons. She was really amazing at recommending some skin care and she performed the hydrafacial, one week later my skin has completely cleared up and I am so impressed, I already feel so much more confident leaving the house without makeup on, and that is a feeling a had not experience in a long time! Thank you Holly, I will definitely be back!
The reception staff at this clinic are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Today, I had an appointment at 3:15 PM and arrived early at 2:45 PM. I kindly asked the receptionist if it might be possible to see the doctor a bit earlier, and she said yes. However, even after my original appointment time had passed, no one updated me on what was going on. When I asked again, she casually mentioned that the doctor was running late with another patient.
