Very disappointed with The Skin Lab. I booked and pre paid over the phone for a dermaplaning and hydrafacial combo — a treatment I have personally had many times at this clinic and decided to book the exact same service for my mother. When she arrived, she was met with a hostile and dismissive attitude. I had such a wonderful experience at The Skin Lab. The space itself is absolutely beautiful. Very calm, welcoming, and immaculately presented, which instantly puts you at ease. The entire team is incredible, but I was lucky enough to be looked after by Jemma. I have been to this clinic for a while now and been treated by Sam and Celia who have always been awesome! Today I had a hydrafacial with Sarah on the 20/12, it was done under 25mins and some areas of my face not touched at all. The service was rushed, certainly not worth the $290.- very disappointed
I visited this clinic on November 24th at 14:45 to purchase Skinceuticals products, and the experience was very disappointing. I requested a proper tax invoice with an ABN, itemised products, and GST — all basic legal requirements in Australia. The staff member who processed my payment showed clear irritation and provided very poor customer service.
