The reception staff at this clinic are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Today, I had an appointment at 3:15 PM and arrived early at 2:45 PM. I kindly asked the receptionist if it might be possible to see the doctor a bit earlier, and she said yes. I had a lovely consultation with Catherine yesterday (03.06) to discuss BBL HEROic, and I couldn't have been more impressed with my experience. I had such a fantastic experience at The Skin Lab. I booked in to see Dr Robbie Honore about a skin concern that ended up needing a minor surgical procedure, which was done during the same appointment. Dr Robbie and all of the staff were very professional, accomodating and friendly. The administration and follow up arrangements were a breeze. Very highly recommend.
