I purchased the Skin Gym Litlift LED Facial Tool at a retail store; however it did not charge, after the first time of use. Getting close to Christmas, I put it aside and when I did go to return it for another, I was told, I waited over 30 days, and would need to go through the manufacturer to be fixed/replaced. If I could give Effie more than 5 stars, I would. She has completely changed my skin and given me more confidence. Before Effie, I felt like I had tried almost everything. I was on several creams from the dermatologist and had many appointments with other estheticians. As a last resort I was going to go on Accutane, but luckily I found Effie. Not only does Effie pay incredible attention to detail, but she genuinely cares for her clients. Effie creates such a welcoming environment! Without her, I would not be where I am today... read more
