I have been seeing Dr. Gonzalez for at least 10 years. I would never change her. She is brilliant in her dermatology field, she is so honest and conscientious in all her work including cosmetic dermatology. The office staff is cordial and very helpful. I Love Dr Gonzalez!!!! The staff is efficient and so caring. Truly a business embedded in faith and worship. Doing right by their patients and not just numbers $$$. I get derm appts and Botox/Filler done by a doctor instead of a nurse practitioner. I know it’s being done right. My husband also sees her and he’s a red head, so skin conditions abound. She’s busy but for good reason!
First appointment: waited 1 hour and 10 minutes before being seen. Second appointment: stitch removal, no doctor needed - quick, painless and on time. Third appointment: follow up for first appointment. Waited 45 minutes before walking out after no contact once placed in the room.
Came here last week and front desk lady was very sweet and informative. Dr.G is kind and listened to my concerns real genuine woman! One thing I would say is the lady who was in the room with us came off as stuck up as in “mean girl I’m better than you vibes” no thank you after giving the folder to the front desk lady no thank you for me for coming in and giving them business but anyways I didn’t catch her name but she’s short, black hair, little chubby.
