Unethical. The front desk said all patients need to have a credit card on file so I gave it to them. A month later I receive a $300 credit card charge automatically taken from my account. They insist I signed up for autopay which the front desk did not mention anything about when I gave them my card. I don't see why autopay would even be offered as it doesn't give you a chance to see if the insurance was applied correctly or if the billing is correct. I would reccomend avoiding this place as who knows what else they are doin... read more
