I had the same experience the reviewer before me had. I made an appointment, received confirmation requests the day before (which I confirmed) and on the day of my appointment, no one was there. I arrived on time and rang the door bell and knocked a few times. I then waited in my car for 10 minutes to see if someone would eventually come open the door, but no one did. I booked my appointment with Opel, got a few confirmations about the appointment, took time out of my day to go to the appointment, and she didn't even show up. First, the address on the website and google is wrong, so I drove to the wrong place, and by the time I drove to the correct location, I was about a minute "late". That didn't matter though, because when I got there, NO ONE was there. There was a truck running outside, but the door was locked and no one answered when I rang the doorbell.
