I booked same day and called that I’ll be 5 min late for my appointment. No one answered. After waiting there for 30 min, I was told they can’t put me in because they didn’t “approve” my appointment. I wasted an hour of my time driving and waiting there just to be told they don’t have time for me after booking through ClassPass. They don’t have a front desk so you’ll sit there unsure if someone will come out to check you in. Thanks for wasting my time.
