Respectful and very professional
Very disappointed. I am not able to receive mail or packages at my residence, I had to arrange for my unit to have internet access, I cannot use the back door as an entrance, there is seemingly no staff hired to manage my building. Every issue I've had as a tenant has been met with a hostile and apathetic attitude. It takes over a week to get a response. Don't buy home from this developer. Unprofessional builder. We bought one of the semi detached units from the "Esta Garden" development at Bayview and 16th ave. they delayed it for almost 3 years. When we moved in, there was a lot of deficiencies. We had a hard time dealing with their project manager . Very poor quality job. They are dishonest, rude, and unprofessional!
Unprofessional, rude, disorganized. Don't buy whatever they build because you will regret.
