I have been to Jen's sound therapy sessions five times now, and I can't imagine not having them as a part of my life. They have added something that I didn't know I needed. If you are drawn to sounds, open to meditation, and need that one missing thing, this just might be it.
Every time I leave here after a cut and/or color, I can't get over how good my hair looks, and how easy it is to style by myself. Jen is the BEST! I also had a Reiki session that left me more relaxed and hopeful. Time well spent!
I had the most amazing experience at my sound therapy session with Jen. I wasn't sure what to expect as the session was a gift from my mom to help me with grief. The session was very relaxing and I felt amazing after. I really feel like it helped me relieve a ton of stress and I cannot wait to do another. I highly suggest Jen and all of her wonderful services.
