“luxury” is the biggest scam you’ll be told here. few months in and you realize after it’s been hyped up by the management and looks aren’t everything. expect to pay $150-$300 for monthly parking and $50+ a month extra for laundry and watch guys eating fast food from the bar/ barber shop every day on the couch entryway. packages ripped open and left outside the literal mail room. good luck moving furniture in btw.
nice building, but nothing is luxurious about it aside from their maintenance being on top of everything and nice. sooo many other places downtown that include parking, in unit laundry, other amenities like rooftop lounge and dog areas and grills. laundry is way too expensive when your tenants are paying over $2000 without anything included and they’re not even top quality washer and dryers. turnover rate is actually insane so that speaks for itself. as soon as june hits, be prepared for bugs all over this building. centiped... read more
