Food is great and service is great. Love seeing grass feed foods for my kids. But the website is atrocious and I have trouble with it ALLLL the time. It takes multiple attempts to order food because of all the glitches.
The customer service here is amazing! There have been a couple of times where I forget to order the lunch and they immediately reply and help me get an order in! My son loves the food, and I’m thankful he gets to try a great variety of meals. Highly recommend doing this!
They mistakenly sent my daughters lunch to the wrong school even though we emailed and clarified the correct location. When I called them to ask what happened they told me it was my fault that my three year-old daughter did not have lunch that day and they did not apologize. Very unkind “customer service”, I would never feel comfortable using them again.
The food was really tasty but some of the portions were small
