Emma and Diya did such a fabulous job as our wedding coordinators. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and reliable throughout the entire process. From planning to the big day, they truly took the stress off our shoulders and made everything feel seamless and easy. We were able to fully enjoy our wedding knowing everything was in such capable hands. This was absolutely money well spent and, honestly, a must for any couple planning their wedding in the Chicago area!

I hired Simply Elegant Group back in 2020, and it was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding. I planned everything myself, but I knew I needed a day-of coordinator so we could truly relax and enjoy the moment—and I’m so glad we did. We were paired with Ashley, and she is absolutely amazing. I chatted with this vendor and didn’t end up signing with them for day-of-coordinator services. I’ve been receiving automated messages from them months after, despite emailing to have them remove me from their list. Super annoying.

We chose this company after seeing all these 5 star reviews, however that was not our experience at all. We signed a full planning package which cost us over $12k because we both work demanding schedules and needed proactive guidance and structure. Instead, we found ourselves doing a significant portion of the planning ourselves. When we raised concerns, the company acknowledged that the service delivered did not align with their standards or what was outlined in our agreement.
