I came to this location back in Oct Alla did a remarkable job, I made another appointment. I flew in Feb 13th for my appointment at 6pm that night and as I was on the plane at 7:36 am I was told by text that Alla couldn’t do my hair because she was in an accident. She informed me that they could still do my hair but it would be someone else. For my appointment at 6pm. My son and I were at the mall just before the stores were about to close. After taking a photo with Santa, I noticed the salon was still open and had a customer inside. I asked if they could give my young son a quick haircut, and the stylist, Lucas, kindly agreed despite being busy. Lucas was extremely professional, patient, and gentle with my son.
