We had an amazing culinary experience at the Simon for my wife's birthday! The service and presentation of the culinary masterpieces was remarkable. The elevated dining experience was highlighted by Chef Claus from Denmark making my wife very happy with a special Danish Othello lækage "cake". We celebrated my birthday and had the most amazing evening , the pastry chef Claus went beyond anything we anticipated and created a delicious Danish birthday cake for me. His skills are Michelin level , the details on the decoration , the delicate cake to the marcipan was a taste of harmony. Chef Tony nurtured us all with the seafood tower , Tomahawk steaks, salmon & all the sides.The wine selection is extensive, this is the best fine dining restaurant in the Reston area. We are all locals & will be back again soon.

Loved everything about lunch here. Exceeded expectations for a hotel restaurant and I’d much rather come here than Founding Farmers if you can afford it. I’m nit picking when I say that I wish the crab sandwich came in club bread rather than a brioche/burger bun, and that I wish my crab Louie said had more lettuce.
My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Simon Restaurant in Reston, and it was truly an exceptional experience from beginning to end.
