Will never buy from them again. Purchased a necklace from one of their collections and it broke within 6 months. (Item was received as a gift purchased by someone else for Christmas). Sent an email, with a picture that was taken of the broken product sitting on my desk from over 40cm away. After weeks, finally get a response from the company about how it would appear that the product had been ‘yanked’ and that’s why it’s broken. 1) Amazing how they can tell that from 1 picture that wasn’t even a close up of where the product... read more
