The first item I bought broke but they were more than happy for me to return it. All the other items I have bought have been perfect
Will never buy from them again. Purchased a necklace from one of their collections and it broke within 6 months. (Item was received as a gift purchased by someone else for Christmas). Sent an email, with a picture that was taken of the broken product sitting on my desk from over 40cm away.
