Clean rooms, everything is included. Good place.
We arrived at the property around 9:30 PM after a long 3.5-hour drive, and unfortunately, our experience at check-in was not pleasant. The lady at the reception didn’t greet us or show basic courtesy. On the positive side, the room was spacious and came with a kitchen, and there were good TV channels available. However, the room had an unpleasant odor which made our stay uncomfortable. To add to the issues, there was no hot water available in the morning, which made things even more frustrating. I will be reporting this hotel. I have a disability for which I have a fully trained, licensed, and registered service dog. Under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005, such animals are legally distinct and exempt from any no pet policies. I have never had a problem with any hotel. I did here. The owner called me after check out and screamed at me for my dog having hair, told me I should have brought my own sheets, and that she was charging me a deep cleaning fee.
