I've been going to Pilates for about 8 months, and love it. Lisa, Luanne, and Jody are all great instructors. I wasn't sold on pilates initially - but keep doing it. It does target hard to exercise muscles that are importuning for aging better.
Wow! So grateful for Brandon's Tai Chi (and Qigong) classes! The meditative motion of Tai Chi is profoundly grounding and always keeps me in the present moment. Qigong is a powerful way to clear stagnant energy. When I tried Qigong for the first time at Silos, it was truly life-changing during a difficult season in my life. Brandon is a masterful instructor-introducing, demonstrating, and cuing in manageable pieces. His passion for this work is evident.
I have been a student in Pilates at the Silos Wellness Center for over two years. I enjoy the flexible sign up and variety of classes offered. Taylor is always looking to improve and reinvest in her business and all the equipment, storage and additional classes being added reflect that. I recommend the Silos for anyone interested in yoga, Pilates, HIIT, and massage. A wonderful addition to Lafayette!
