They will do their job. But not everyone needs a lawyer. For me, I'm an accountant charged with Felony larceny for being found by cops in Possession of a stolen motor vehicle. A conviction would have been a career killer. So I paid two and a half Grand for their services. They did what any other professional atty would and should have done, which is to motion for redacted arrest report and allow the continue the case each month in hopes the state would Nolle it, since knocking it down to a misdemeanor or doing a pretrial div... read more
