I frequently visit Silk Out Bar for styling my hair. The customer service is great, the aesthetic is so nice, and the stylists are really talented at what they do. I they are always on time with starting and ending. Rosa is an amazing stylist and is always consistent with making sure my hair comes out exactly how I want it to look. I’ve also seen her style other clients hair and they look amazing leaving the salon. I love the products used at silk put bar and the music during the experience is always a nice cherry on top!

If I could give a zero stars, I would. I booked an appointment to have my hair cut by Rosa. My appointment was set at 11:30 am needless to say the 1st red flag the stylist was late she arrived after 12:00 pm. No acknowledgement or apologies for being late. Came in went to the back for a bit and eventually ended up outside on her phone. I was literally was waiting with her 12:00 pm appointment. Terrible experience. Had higher expectations and highly anticipated my first time APPOINTMENT only to be disappointed. My 1 star is aimed 90% at the absolute LACK of professionalism displayed by the “owner”. Very unpleasant & based off first impressions will not be returning for business.
