This is my third appointment with Krystal! She was very gentle and informative throughout my first wax. She makes you feel super comfortable and I recommend her to everyone! I can’t even imagine going to someone else!

Krystal is amazing!! She is professional and VERY flexible when it comes to clients (like myself) that work variable hours. She provides quality service that is affordable and fast. She also educated me so much about the different types of hair, hair growth cycles and proper post waxing maintenance. I give this black owned business 5 stars for cleanliness, professionalism and customer service. I wiil be returning and would recommend this business

Ok...1st Timer...Was looking last minute for waxing and getting ready to go out of town the same day.. so you have to schedule online (very detailed). No curb appeal! I don't like the location, now the front door stays lock 🔒 while you are being serviced. I believe I purchased the French Wax and in detail everything was explained to me .In my opinion I don't like waxing ,she was very gentle as possible 😞 but it's not for me. I had to find a new esthetician for my Brazilian waxes. After searching on Google and seeing the great reviews I decided to book my appointment here and I am so glad I did! Kystal was absolutely amazing, so very knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She did my Brazilian with such ease and left no patches like my last one. I will definitely be a regular.
