Great atmosphere, classes available at all ages and levels. my son started in elementary school and keeps going. He's 20. The students have opportunities to take advanced training and meet trail blazers in the world of martial arts.
People are going to love this summer special – a really affordable summer membership package that includes 2 classes a week for 3 months of classes. Nice range of classes to choose from, too. This is great for one person, or for a whole family.
Decided to check out your website based off of all of the good things I’ve heard about the instructors at your studio – was blown away by the Masters Demo videos! It’s obvious why your studio is known for having some of the best Martial Arts instructors in the world. Very impressed with the caliber of teaching expertise that you’ve got – definitely interested in signing up for a class if it means being taught by the best!
Very excited about the renovation at The Silent Mind! This major makeover – bigger mat space, new parent/spectator seating area, new locker space, and the revamped retail area make the studio look more spacious and bright! Such a great addition to the studio. LOVE what The Silent Mind is all about, and am pleased The Silent Mind is growing and thriving.
SOOO excited about the upcoming Zen Circle Qigong Seminar! Qigong is great for improving flexibility, as well as fostering clarity and relaxation. VERY easy to learn, too. 8 weeks learning Qigong with an accomplished instructor? Sign me up!!
So pleased to learn you offer classes in Adult Meditation! Great to know anyone of any level can join. Such a great class for those wanting to learn to center, relax, and find balance in their lives, especially coming out of the chaos of the holiday season. Wonderful!
