I never rented from this property. However, I attempted to tour the property by contacting them through Apartments.com. I confirmed the date and time with Courtney to meet Michael upon arrival (emails were sent two days prior to the tour). The day prior to the tour I received another email with the same phone number, reiterating that I should text the phone number upon arrival. I had a wonderful experience at the Sidway and have nothing but good things to say. I lived there for two years before moving to another city. Courtney even video conferenced the tour of the unit/building for me because I couldn't be there in person. Some of my favorite parts... The large windows and high ceilings make the units bright and spacious-feeling (they're already quite large). The few maintenance issues that did happen were easy to report and were resolved quickly. Management is very responsive to requests and provides excellent communication about important notices or issues. They are very pet friendly here! 2BR 1.5bath apartment is very nice; only complaint would be that the heat/air blower is loud. But really, other than that and the lack of overhead lights in all of the rooms (which they were up front about when we were looking initially), it is perfect for 2 people or a couple & a 3rd person.
