Excellent and Happy Staff, Nice Rooms, Recently renovated areas
I was a casual client at the Sidney Pier Spa and was told my spa points wouldn’t expire. Now I’ve been told the program was cancelled Dec 31/2025 and my points can’t be carried over?! This is really unprofessional and dismissive of their clients, they never notified me of the change. I no longer trust and them and will no longer be a client.
A beautiful hotel near the waterfront. There is convenient underground parking for your car. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient, with shops, supermarkets, and a bookstore all within walking distance. If we visit this city again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.
My daughter and I have both enjoyed facials with Becki, she is amazing!!!!
