Went across town today to make an appointment, was behind a Lithuanian lady who was trying to get an appointment for today, the receptionist told her there where no appointment until Thursday, 3 day's away. The lady was not too happy and also requested a translater for the appointment (just to get a sick note). She got her appointment and translator with no problem at all.
