Purchased our shutters 2 years ago. Very happy with our purchase!!
Things will ALWAYS eventually fall apart with Art. They always do. His greed effs him over, time and time again. There are a few shutter makers in Arizona and to be honest after selling millions and millions of dollars of shutters to homeowners in the Valley, trying to support local guys like this fool, Art, only shot me in the foot. I would stay away from them all. Particularly the couple of them that have been in business under several different names and locations leaving customers in the dust.
2nd update: I filed a complaint with the AG office and just received a call that they have not received any response after several attempts. They are sending me a list of resources to take further action. This company is full of SCAMMERS! Update! I finally spoke to someone and requested a refund on December 21st. I have been trying to reach someone about our order that was placed with a deposit October 31st. I have sent multiple text messages and tried to call multiple times but no voicemail available as mailbox is FULL. I've had NO response or communication whatsoever. Feel like I've been scammed and now I have to pay our attorney to deal with this vendor.
We had custom shutters made for our house. When they were ordered, Tamara told us 4-6 weeks for install. Everytime I contacted Tamara or Nikki, I received a very rude response. I had to reach out to them for the status of our order and even had to call them to schedule installation. They never contacted us.
