My shutters are beautiful but 8 months later after install, a staple fell out of my front French door shutters. Kevin said he would come out when he got some time and 4 weeks later I had my handyman repair it. The customer service is terrible. My calls to Kevin went unanswered. They will install them but if there is a problem you either on your own or you wait weeks for resolution.

I first discovered Shutter Source when we lived in Roseville about 5 years ago and I absolutely loved working with them. I knew they would be my go to for future projects and they did not disappoint this time around! We moved to Auburn about a year ago and I wanted the same shutters I had in our Roseville house.
