The Shutter House was super responsive! I called and Jeff was at my house within two days. He carefully measured for my plantation shutters. He was very friendly and professional. Within a brief couple of weeks, a young man called, then showed up. He quickly installed our new shutters. They are beautiful!
Excellent service, proffessional, timely and attention to details. Jeff made buying window treatments easy and seamless. I absolutely love my new light filtering roller shades!!
I called Jeff Younger at Shutterhouse to help me with shades at my house. One had broken for the second time, so I decided to replace two (same room) and he came right out the next day to check it out. First impression was great! He was prompt, kind and listened to my woes. He actually suggested that he knew someone who could repair it properly for me! Just in case, I chose an alternative replacement from him. Jeff and his wife did an amazing job! We are so excited about our new shutters. It was also wonderful to be able to support a local business in our community. If you have the opportunity to use them for new shutters or replacements, I highly recommend them. Their work and service were fantastic!
