We had broken shutters and needed to be fixed. The model was non-repairable all glued. Ed was really good at finding a workaround and also needed some parts. The parts weren't readily available but he was able to handcraft and get it all fixed. He also gave a 90 day warranty on his work. Really hard to find people like ED. Highly recommend. Thank you.

The Shutter Doctor has been efficient, communicative, prompt and effective in his ability to meet and exceed our needs. We have had two instances in which we've needed either repair or replacement and he's been able to do the repairs quickly and knowledgeably. Ed is a very talented Shutter repair craftsman and very honest person. He honors his words and does high quality work! I asked Ed to replace tilt bars for a rental property. One was not replaced at the time as it still worked well. When the tenant moved out the one that was not replaced was broken. I called Ed and he looked up the record and repaired this one for free on a Sunday morning. He is also very personable and very friendly. Will come to him for help again if I need.

Had a wonderful experience with Ed and shutter doctor. Dog had chewed through my plantation shutters. Job was done professionally and on time. Shutters look brand new. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

I wish I had known how easy it was to fix my shutters years ago! I have a lot of 15 year old white shutters that overall were in good condition with the exception of a few doors that had lots of broken blades. In under an hour e wry thing was fixed without the need to replace the entire shutter. So happy!!
